NO returns on Personalized Merchandise. Defective merchandies shall be replaced, as close as possible, to the original.

Orders cancelled after production begins are subject to costs incurred.

Time estimates are subject to product availability and production schedules. Every effort is made to ensure timely delivery on all orders. Shipping and Handling fee $9.00 for U.S. ground shipments. Air Freight additional.
